Information for Speakers and Poster Session

Oral Communications

Time slots (including discussion):

The presentation should be prepared as Microsoft PowerPoint file (pptx). Widescreen (16:9) format is recommended. Presentation files can be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or transferred via USB on a PC (Microsoft Windows 10) available in the appropriate Hall (Aula A or Aula B). We recommend to do that at your earliest convenience. Please note that it will not be possible to use your own PC for the presentation.

 
Poster session

Poster presenters are required to display their own poster at the designated locations, according to the posters numbering (see Book of Abstracts).
The following equipment will be provided by the organizers:
- A board suitable for the portrait oriented posters (maximum poster size is 80 cm length x 120 cm height, A0 standard)
- Adhesive tape (or other material)
Presenters will be allowed to place posters starting from Wednesday 07 September, 8:00 AM
Please notice that posters must be removed by Thursday 08 September, 8.00 PM
